My practice is not contracted directly with medical aids, so sessions are not claimed on your behalf. However, most medical aid schemes do reimburse for psychology sessions, and I will provide you with a fully detailed invoice that makes the claiming process as straightforward as possible.

I recommend checking with your medical aid beforehand to understand what your plan covers for psychology services. If you need help knowing what to ask them, feel free to get in touch.

Payment is due at the time of your session or on completion of the assessment process.

I accept the following payment methods:

• Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

• Cash

I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without contact, will be charged at the full session rate unless we are able to find an alternative time that week that works for both of us.

This policy exists because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your child, and late cancellations make it very difficult for another family to access that slot.

If you or your child arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, as I have appointments before and after yours. Please be aware that this is especially important for assessment sessions, which have very specific time allocations and cannot be shortened without affecting the results.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
